Stradivarius

Major Commercial / Retail Redevelopment

Stradivarius - completed Belfast city-centre retail frontage

Overview

Location
Belfast City Centre
Role
Building contractor
Client
Private commercial property landlord

A major commercial and retail redevelopment for a private commercial property landlord in Belfast city centre.

Works included major demolition, strip-out, structural alteration, enlarged retail unit, masonry demolition, structural openings, temporary works, propping, structural steel, reconstruction, floor alteration, external openings and façade/frontage works.

The programme was commercially critical - the incoming retail tenant's fit-out depended on DGW's agreed handover date. City-centre hoarding, public interface and grey-box delivery were managed throughout.
