Commercial refurbishment of a five-storey property in York for a long-standing private commercial client that repeatedly engages DGW across different locations.

Works include complete re-roofing, thermal upgrades, insulation, upper-floor works, window restoration, new windows, scaffolding/access and associated refurbishment.

Challenges include a highly pedestrianised historic location, access restrictions, permits, deliveries and logistics - with lower commercial floors remaining operational throughout.
