Private residential development undertaken by DGW/development interests from acquisition through to sale.

Responsibilities included site acquisition, development finance/investment, design development, specification, materials/finishes, complete construction, workforce and subcontractor coordination, external works, marketing through estate agent and sale.

This project demonstrates that DGW understands projects from both the contractor's side and the developer/client side.
