Refurbishment and regeneration delivered for Belfast City Council as building contractor to WJM Building Services.

Works encompassed internal refurbishment, regeneration of the rear external area, transformation of an industrial/disused area into pedestrian areas, walkways, granite paving, entrance systems, roller shutters, landscaping and external works.

The project offers strong before/after photographic potential - a clear transformation from disused industrial space to active public realm.
