Construction of a new lion house and training/viewing gallery for Belfast City Council, delivered as building contractor to WJM Building Services.

The project involved construction from ground up with substantial foundations, reinforced construction, structural steelwork, masonry and specialist secure areas, alongside associated external works.

Complex requirements associated with housing lions, difficult Cave Hill site logistics, and careful management of the public/delivery interface while the zoo remained open throughout works.
