Dating from approximately 1740, this five-storey historic building in Dublin city centre is undergoing conservation-led refurbishment under DGW's principal contractor appointment.

The completed development will provide commercial accommodation and grey-box at basement and ground level, with luxury residential apartments across levels one to three.

Works involve controlled soft strip, complete construction and refurbishment, luxury residential finishes, commercial grey-box works and roof works - all coordinated within restricted city-centre access, with Luas infrastructure immediately adjacent.
